Yet another double Century for Sachin Tendulkar

India’s master blaster Sachin Tendular scored his 5th double century in the second test cricket against Srilanka. The cricket icon Tendulkar holds the record of scoring highest number of centuries in Test cricket as well as in one day internationals. The elegant and legend batsman of all times Tendulkar’s cricket records are countless. Tendulkar possesses nearly all major batting and other records in test and one day international cricket matches. Sachin has so far played 167 test matches, scored 13539 runs, hit 48 test centuries and 55 test 50’s. He has such staggering numbers in both Tests and ODIs that it's conceivable some of those records may never be broken. Thirty seven years old Tendulkar with more than 30,000 runs in both test and one day international’s under his name and almost all major and minor cricket records in his long 20 years of international cricket career is still going strong like a 20 year old youth. As long as the prayer’s and wishes of billions of cricket fans all around the world exists, the mile stones and records of this run machine little master Sachin will continue with out end.

King of records Murali ended his Test cricket with a huge record

Master of spinbowling the spin wizard Muttiah Muralitharan made his retirement from test cricket in style with the record of reaching 800 wickets, first test cricketer to reach this mile stone. Muralitharan announced first Test against India in Galle, as his last test with just short of 8 wickets to reach the magical mark of 800 wickets in test cricket. A man of confidence who troubled the smile of great batsmen for nearly 18 years, yet again troubled the confidence of the India’s strong batting line up which resulted in 5-63 bowling figures in first innings. With these 5 wickets he made sure that he needed just three wickets in the second innings to reach the magic mark. Nothing prevented the gentle man cricketer who replied the controversies against him with his records, in reaching yet another record of 800 wickets. He made his last test match a memorable one by taking a wicket in the last ball of his test cricket journey. In the second innings he claimed 3 wickets to become the first cricketer to reach 800 wickets. He might retire from Test cricket but as long as cricket exists, as long as history exists truly he will be considered as one of the great champion cricketer and a smiling cricket hero.

The first Test against India in Galle, beginning July 18, will be the last game for the 38-years-old spin wizard Muralitharan.The great cricketer of all times is holding the record of most wickets in both one day and Test format of international cricket. He is just in short of 8 wickets to reach the magical mark of 800 wickets. With the persistent smile on his face he troubled the smile of all great batsmen for nearly 18 years with his spin attack. He is a kind of cricketer who will be loved even by the opposite cricket team fans. Whenever controversies erupted against his bowling action, he overcame controversies not with words but with his bowling records. The 38-year-old gentle man cricketer has taken 792 wickets in 132 Tests and 515 wickets in 337 one day internationals. He might retire from Test cricket but as long as cricket exists,as long as history exists truly he will be considered as one of the great champion cricketer and a smiling cricket hero.

Schedule and Fixtures of 2010 ICC cricket world cup

ICC World cup cricket 2011 will be played in three South Asian countries India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh .It is scheduled to start from 19^th February 2010.Fourteen teams where participating in 2011 ICC world cup cricket. All fourteen teams were divided into two groups A and B. From each each group first 4 teams will qualify for quarter final.2010 ICC cricket world cup cricket will be played on 2^nd of April 2011 in Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai.

Teams:

Group A: Australia, Pakistan, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, Zimbabwe, Canada and Kenya

Group B: India, South Africa, England, West Indies, Bangladesh, Ireland and Netherlands.
